The rules for using Vibes'n'Feels.

Version 2026-10-07. These Terms of Use govern your use of Vibes'n'Feels. By accepting them, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility and account identity

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vibes'n'Feels. You are responsible for activity under your anonymous identity or confirmed account and for keeping access to your email and devices secure.

Your public username must not impersonate another person, organization or service. A confirmed email account preserves the same application identity; your email is not public.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of photos, notes and other content you create. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and to show any people or private places it includes.

You grant Vibes'n'Feels a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce and display your content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited safety, legal and service retention described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Friends, Personal and Shared Vibes

Friends requires confirmed email accounts. A request is addressed to an exact username, and the submission response does not confirm whether that username exists or is eligible. Friendship begins only when the recipient accepts, is mutual and ends for both people when either person removes it or one blocks the other.

A Vibe can be Personal, shared with Friends or shared with Everyone. A Vibe shared with Everyone includes its selected location and is intentionally visible to other app users for approximately 24 hours. The author may choose to keep that same Vibe visible only to the author and current mutual Friends for up to 2 more days, with its existing Discuss, Feels and reactions retained. A Vibe shared with Friends includes its selected location and is visible for approximately 3 days only to its author and current mutual Friends.

Expiry removes the live shared copy but does not automatically delete a saved local Personal Vibe or a backup file you have saved.

4. Device storage and file backups

Cloud sync is unavailable. In Settings > Account & data > Backup and restore, create a ZIP containing all your completed Vibes saved on this device, processed photos or videos, previews, exact saved coordinates, notes, feelings and available camera originals. It does not include Friends, Feels, discussions, credentials or other people's Vibes.

The file has no password or encryption. Anyone with it can read its contents, including exact locations. Save it outside the app using Files or a destination you trust. Closing the share sheet does not confirm that a file was saved. Check the saved file before logging out or removing the app.

Choose a backup ZIP to validate and restore it. Restored Vibes are added as Personal to the current account; existing Vibes remain and nothing is republished. An identical copy from the same backup is skipped. A changed copy is added separately. If interrupted, choose the same file again to continue.

Logging out clears local account data, including backup files inside the app. Deleting the app or losing the device can also lose local Vibes. Signing in does not download Vibes. Copies saved outside the app are under your control and remain after account deletion.

5. Conduct and safety

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Do not misuse Friendship requests, reporting, blocking, mentions, notifications, account recovery or technical systems. Do not attempt to access another person's data, bypass limits or disrupt the service.

6. Moderation and restrictions

We may use automated systems and human review to reject, hide or preserve content for safety. We may temporarily limit sharing or Discuss activity, or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect people, the service or legal obligations.

Moderation is not perfect and does not mean that all content has been reviewed or endorsed. Use Report and Block when appropriate and contact support for a safety issue that needs additional context.

7. Service availability and export

Vibes'n'Feels is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, pause or fail because of networks, devices, providers, maintenance or abuse prevention. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of content.

Manual backup and restore transfer your own local Vibes using the supported ZIP format. They do not export account, social or moderation records. Contact support with a verified request about any access or portability rights that apply to you.

8. Deletion and ending use

You can delete individual Vibes and can permanently delete the account from Settings. Account deletion is irreversible and starts cleanup of identity, Friendships, pending requests, content and stored media. Limited moderation audit may remain without your reporter identity for the retention period described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

Material Terms changes may require new consent. Until acceptance, browsing, safety and account controls remain available, while actions that create shared or interactive content may be unavailable.

Community Guidelines

Safety rules for Vibes, Discuss, Friends, usernames and Avatars.

Vibes'n'Feels is for honest moments in real places. These rules apply to Shared Vibes, notes, Discuss messages, usernames, Avatars, Friendship requests and use of safety tools.

Respect people and places

  • Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully or organize abuse against anyone.
  • Do not attack people based on protected characteristics or promote hateful organizations or ideology.
  • Do not expose private information, precise private locations or identifying details without permission.
  • Do not impersonate another person, organization, staff member or emergency service.

Protect people from serious harm

  • No sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors or attempts to groom or endanger minors.
  • No credible threats, celebration of severe violence or instructions intended to cause physical harm.
  • Do not encourage suicide, self-harm or eating-disorder behavior. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency or crisis services instead of relying on the app.

Be authentic and lawful

  • No scams, fraud, deceptive promotions, coordinated spam or automated abuse.
  • Do not use repeated or unwanted Friendship requests to pressure, track or harass someone.
  • Share only content you created or have permission to use. Respect copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property.
  • Do not use the app to sell illegal goods, arrange illegal activity or evade lawful restrictions.

Use safety tools honestly

Report the specific Vibe or message that may violate these rules. Do not submit coordinated, retaliatory or knowingly false reports. Block user when you want to stop interaction with someone.

Violating these Guidelines may lead to content removal, temporary feature restrictions or loss of access. Serious safety concerns may be preserved and reviewed even after content is no longer public.
